Nashua Regional Planning Commission’s mission is to provide leadership, facilitation, and coordination for member communities in implementing the regional vision.
The Commission members work within the state of New Hampshire to provide services to the communities they serve. The largest challenge they had was that even the municipalities that they serve often have a hard time understanding what the Planning Commission does, and how it can help with their master plans.
Our challenge was understanding what they do and how they do it, and then provide them with a website that was interactive, informative and easy to use, so their audience (which is quite varied) could also understand it.
The website we developed for them reorganized the content, and allows users of the website to easily find the information they need and learn about all of the services that this Regional Planning Commission Provides.
The website is built on a content management system which allows the Commission to manage the content internally.
We also built a robust Document Library and an Interactive Transportation viewer. It also links to a discussion forum that we created for their Granite State Future Project.
